About Me:

My name is JR Sanders, I am a 26 year old aspiring show creator, director & screenwriter. I attended Brooks College in Long Beach, California where I received my Associate's of Science degree in Animation. Ever since I was 5 years old I have always had a fascination with cartoons, how they move, walk, talk, and act. I have always loved drawing cartoons just as much as I loved watching them. It relaxes me and helps me further explore my imagination and creativity. I cannot see myself doing anything else with my life but being involved in the aspects of animation, drawing, and illustrating. My number one goal is to pitch a cartoon show to a major television studio, I am currently writing a pilot script of the show I am creating in which I hope to pitch in the future. Also a friend of mine and myself have plans to pitch a cartoon show to a studio in the future, I am currently writing the episodes for the show.

My Poem

My hands are the bridge that allows my thoughts to travel from my mind on to a blank surface. Once those thoughts intertwine with that surface, they form an illustration thats drenched with my imagination, smothered with my creativity, and doused with endless color/ink.
